Police arrested seven people, including five women, with illegal marijuana from Bishnupadu area of Dharan in Sunsari district on Saturday.
Police said they were arrested while transporting marijuana to Dharan for sale and distribution. The police, on suspicion, had frisked the women heading towards Dharan from Manebanjyang intersection with the bags.The women were carrying packets of marijuana weighing 39 kg, informed the Dharan Area Police Office
