Focal part and representative of NC and Dilendra Prasad Badu was conceived in 1953 in Khalanga-2 of Darchula. He is the child of Nandi and Kalasha Devi Badu.
A post graduate in topography, Badu chose from Darchula in the parliamentary decision of 1991 and 1999, Badu lost to UCPN-Maoist’s Laxman Joshi in 2008 CA race. He served as a Minister for 3 times in this way.
He was given the arrangement of Assistant Minister for Housing and Physical Planning in 1991, State Minister for Education in 1999 and State Minister for data and correspondences in 2006
