Lawmakers speaking in the Legislature-Parliament’s ‘zero hour’ session today raised a host of issues, demanding that the government mint Re 1 and Rs 2 denomination coins as well as make provisions for issuing smart driving licences across the country at the earliest.
They also stressed on intensifying the search for the idols from among the idols stolen from the Chandannath temple in Jumla and providing decent price of paddy to the farmers. They drew the attention of the government to also make the distribution of the driving licenses easier.
