Two persons smeared black soot on the face of suspended Chief of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Lokman Singh Karki, at the Supreme Court premises in Kathmandu on Thursday.The duo followed Karki from behind while he was on his way to attend the hearings on the case against him, and daubed the black soot on Karki’s face.Police arrested the duo when they tried to run away chanting ‘CPN Maoist Jindabad [Up with the CPN Maoist]’.
