According to Sitaram, playing sarangi and singing song is one of the
income source of the gandarva community. Sitaram is one of the member of
gandarva community whose main income source is form playing sarangi
and singing song. He started to play sarangi since he was 12 years old.
he was forced to play sarangi due to his poor family condition. he
wanted to study but due to his poor family condition his family cannot
afford to study him. now a days his main source of income to run his
family is playing sarangi. he is happy to play sarangi and visit
different villages but he was afraid that when is not able to walk what
would he do?
