Minister Lekhak stressed that the amendment proposal should be finalized through democratic process rather than obstructing the Parliament if the proposal was not in favour of the people. At a programme organised by the Reporters’ Club here today, he said, “An understanding was reached among the parties to amend the constitution in the past. So all parties should come together and forward it.”
Minister Lekhak said that the country should be taken ahead towards the path of economic, social and cultural development by holding the election of three tiers and implementing the new constitution after making it acceptable to all.
Sharing that process to fill up online forms for driving license would be initiated from Monday to make it more systematic, he said that such service would be run across the nation.
Minister Lekhak said that the Ministry has accelerated tasks related to physical infrastructures including postal highway and Kathmandu-tarai fast track.
