margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="484" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiPYkJWZ8szUsyFmsGPPfLdaLNzbjZ5RzNcjZjm-zLdm3fFofMGbvyDjRRmHuPCbZjrr8J_lKgOyryjWfGs3VFZVMNVOz4NmwN64W0I8F5pB95ipeHQKtIVQynf6r4SEMr1HoEujkIvY1o/s640/4.PNG" width="640" /></a></div> काठमाडौं, २५ फागुन । कालोबजारी तथा ठगी मुद्दामा फरार केएल दुगड ग्रुपका सञ्चालकहरू किसनलाल दुडग, नरेश दुगड, कुमुद दुगड र विकास दुगडलगायतका अभियुक्त पक्राउ गर्न सादा पोसाकमा विशेष संयन्त्र बनाई प्रहरी परिचालन भएको छ ।<br /> २६ फागुनमा अदालतले मुद्दाको पेसी तोकेपछि दुगड ग्रुपका सञ्चालकहरूलाई सोही दिन पक्राउ गरी अदालतमा बुझाउने उद्देश्यका साथ खोजी तीव्र पारिएको प्रहरीले जनाएको हो । राजधानी दैनिकले समाचार छापेको छ । महानगरीय प्रहरी परिसर काठमाडौंका प्रवक्ता प्रहरी उपरीक्षक (एसपी) प्रद्युम्न कार्कीका अनुसार अदालतबाट वारेन्ट जारी भएका कारण दुगड ग्रुपका सञ्चालकहरूलाई अदालत बुझाउनका लागि प्रहरीले सबै संयन्त्रको प्रयोग गरी खोजी जारी राखेको छ ।<br /> ‘केएल दुगड ग्रुपका सञ्चालकलाई पक्राउ वारेन्ट जारी भएको अवस्थामा प्रहरी चुप लागेर बसेको छैन, हामीले उसको गतिविधिलाई नियालिरहेका छौं । सबै कारोबार नेपालमै भएकाले उसको आउजाउ हुन सक्ने सम्भावनालाई पनि ध्यान दिइएको छ ।<br /> उनीहरू कुनै न कुनै बेला पक्राउ पर्नेछन्,’ प्रवक्ता कार्कीले राजधानीसँग भने । डेढ वर्षअघि काठमाडौं प्रहरी परिसरले केएल दुगड समूहको जडीबुटीस्थित गोदाममा बढी मूल्यमा बेच्न लुकाइराखेको चार ट्रकभन्दा बढी खाने तेल नियन्त्रणमा लिएर ९ करोडभन्दा बढी ठगी गरेको भन्दै अदालतमा मुद्दा दायर गरेको थियो ।<br /> अदालतमा मुद्दा दायर भएपछि फरार चारैजना सञ्चालकविरुद्ध अदालतबाटै पक्राउ पुर्जी जारी भएको थियो । केएल दुगड ग्रुपले स्वस्तिक आयल इन्डस्ट्रिजले धारा, ज्ञान, सनफ्लावर, स्वस्तिकलगायत ब्रान्डमा तोरीको तेल उत्पादन गर्दै आएको छ । प्रहरीले कम्पनीका म्यानेजर अमन जैन र प्रमोद अधिकारीलाई पक्राउ गरी अदालतमा पठाए पनि उनीहरू धरौटीमा छुटिसकेका छन् ।<br /> अदालतमा नपुगेका मालिकहरू मात्रै यतिबेला फरारको सूचीमा छन् । नाकाबन्दीको समयमा खाने तेलको मूल्य बढाई कालोबजारी गरेको सूचनाका आधारमा प्रहरीले गोदाममा छापा मारेको थियो ।<br /> काठमाडौं प्रहरी प्रमुख रहेका तत्कालीन प्रहरी वरिष्ठ उपरीक्षक एसएसपी विक्रमसिंह थापाले गोदाममा छापा मारेर सिलबन्दी गरेका थिए । त्यसबेला प्रहरीले दुई ट्रक धारा, एक ट्रक ज्ञान र एक ट्रक सनफ्लावर गरी चार ब्रान्डका तेल सिल गरेपछि कर्मचारीहरूलाई कम्पनी जिम्मा लगाएर दुगड ग्रुपका सञ्चालकहरू फरार भएका हुन् ।<br /> प्रहरीले उनीहरूलाई कालोबजारी ऐनअनुसार कारबाही माग गर्दै सरकारी वकिलको कार्यालय काठमाडौंमा पठाएको थियो । सो ऐनअनुसार अदालतले उनीहरूलाई बढीमा १० वर्ष जेल हाल्न सक्नेछ । कालोबजारी गरेर दुगड समूह बारम्बार विवादमा तानिँदै आएको छ । तर, अहिलेसम्म ठोस कारबाही गरेको छैन । दुगड समूहले खाने तेल, दाल, चामल मैदालगायत खाद्यन्नको उत्पादन र व्यापार गर्दै आएको छ ।<br /> जब बजारमा आपूर्ति समस्या देखिन्छ, तब दुगड ग्रुप कालोबजारीमा सक्रिय हुने गरेको प्रहरीको भनाइ छ । तत्कालीन समयमा ९ करोड ९६ लाख १३ हजार ठगी गरेको आरोपमा मुद्दा दायर गरेको थियो । प्रहरीले १७ मंसिर २०७२ मा जडीबुटी डिपोमा छापा मार्दा तेल अधिक भण्डारण गरेको तथ्य फेला परेको थियो ।<br /> त्यतिबेला बरामद सामान साल्ट ट्रेडिङ, नेसनल ट्रेडिङबाट बिक्री गर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको थियो । प्रहरीले कालोबजारीका लागि भण्डारण गरिएको अवस्थामा त्यसबेला १ लाख ३५ हजार ९ सय ५० लिटर खाने तेल, ६० हजार लिटर वनस्पति घ्यु बरामद गरेको हो । बरामद गरेको सबै तेल बजार मूल्यमा बेचिएको थियो ।<br /> प्रहरीका अनुसार दुगड ग्रुपका अन्य विभिन्न कम्पनीका सञ्चालकहरू किसनलाल दुगड, विकास दुगड, सौरभ दुगड, नरेश दुगड, कुमुद दुगड, चन्द्रीकाप्रसाद कुसवाह र लेखापाल रमाकान्त पारिक, धर्मचन्द्र दुगड, गौतम दुगड, प्रदीपकुमार छाणेज फरार रहेका छन् ।<br /> दुगड ग्रुपले आफूले उत्पादन गरेको खानेतेलमा नाकाबन्दीको मौका छोपी बजार मूल्य (खुद्रा मूल्य) भन्दा ११९ प्रतिशत बढी मूल्यमा सामान बिक्री गरेका थिए । मूल्य स्टिकर परिवर्तन गरी १ सय १९ प्रतिशतसम्म बढी मूल्य लिएको प्रमाणका आधारमा उनीहरूमाथि मुद्दा चलाइएको हो ।<br /> अघिल्लो वर्ष नाकाबन्दीको बेला (२०७२ असोजदेखि मंसिरसम्ममा)मात्र दुगड ग्रुपले उत्पादन गर्ने सनफ्लावर तेलमा खुद्रा मूल्यभन्दा प्रतिलिटर १ सय ४९ रुपैयाँ बढी लिएर बिक्री गरेको थियोे । १ सय २५ रुपैयाँ पर्ने सो तेललाई दुगडका विभिन्न बिक्री केन्द्रले २ सय ७५ रुपैयाँमा बिक्री गरेको प्रमाण फेला परिसकेको छ । त्यसैगरी, प्रतिलिटर १ सय ५८ रुपैयाँ पर्ने धारा हेल्थ तेललाई ३ सय २० रुपैयाँमा बिक्री गरेको पाइएको थियो ।<br /> यस्तै, सनफ्लावरको ५ लिटरको जर्किनको तेललाई तत्कालको बजार मूल्यभन्दा ४ सय ५० रुपैयाँ बढी लिएर बिक्री गरेको पाइएको थियो । आमा तोरीको तेलमा पनि प्रतिलिटर १ सय ६४ रुपैयाँ वास्तविक मूल्यभन्दा बढी लिएको, १ हजार ९ सय ८६ रुपैयाँ तत्कालीन बजार मूल्यको १५ लिटरको स्वस्तिक सोयाबिन तेललाई ३ हजार ९ सय रुपैयाँमा बिक्री गरेको प्रमाण प्रहरीले अदालतमा पेस गरेको छ ।<br /> त्यसैगरी, पाँच लिटरको धारा तोरी तेलमा खुद्रा मूल्यभन्दा ४ सय ६० रुपैयाँ बढी लिएर बिक्री गरेको, प्रतिलिटर १ सय ६४ रुपैयाँ खुद्रा मूल्यको ज्ञान तोरी तेललाई २ सय ४६ रुपैयाँमा बिक्री गरेको सबुत प्रमाण अदालतमा पेस भएको छ । प्रमाणका आधारमा बच्न सक्ने नदेखिएपछि सञ्चालक फरार भई मुद्दा कमजोर पार्ने र विभिन्न शक्तिकेन्द्रमा पुगेर आर्थिक प्रलोभनसहित जोगिने काममा लागेको प्रहरीको भनाइ छ ।<br /> - See more at: http://www.lightnepal.com/79227/#sthash.6OahADd7.ZMkSnwVF.dpuf

Update: Four persons have died in Monday’s Saptari incident and 12 others were injured in a clash that took place between cadres of Madhesi Morcha and police here on Monday.The Morcha cadres clashed with police as UML Chair KP Oli was addressing those present in the mass meeting. Earlier, six Morcha cadres were injured in the clash that had taken place before Chairman Oli had reached the venue. The injured are undergoing treatment at Sagarmatha Hospital, Rajbiraj. The condition of two is reported to be critical. Nepal is scheduled to play against Kenya on March 11 and 13 at the TU grounds, Kirtipur. The players were selected from a pool of 24 players from second phase training camp. The selection committee was headed by ICC representative Venkatapathi Raju, national team head coach Jagat Tamata and skipper Paras Khadka. The final list of 14 players will be announced after the team returns home from India on March 3. The team will leave for India on Friday and play three practice matches in Noida, India, arranged by the International Cricket Council. Among the 19 members, skipper Paras Khadka, however will not travel to India due to health concerns. box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> त्यसपछि ग्राहकलाई होटलमा लिएर जान्छन् । र, सुरु हुन्छ– ग्राहक लुटिइने क्रम । ‘कति केटी त पैसा बुझेर ग्राहकलाई होटलकै कोठामा चुकुल लाइदिएर भाग्ने गरेका पनि छन्,’ सोह्रखुट्टे प्रहरीका सई राजेन्द्र कटुवाल भन्छन्, ‘गाइडसँगको भेटदेखि नै ग्राहकको सपना चकनाचुर हुन थालिसकेको हुन्छ ।’ उनका अनुसार यस्ता गाइड र केटीहरूको पहिलो टार्गेट नशाले मातेका ग्राहकहरू हुन्छन् । ‘भारतीय ग्राहक पनि टार्गेटमा पर्छन् । तर, उनीहरूले प्रहरीमा कम्प्लेन गरिहाल्ने डर हुन्छ । नेपाली ग्राहक जति लुटिए पनि इज्जतको सवाल भन्दै चुपचाप हुन्छन्,’ सई कटुवालले भने, ‘यसरी ठगिएर प्रहरीमा खबर गर्न आउने ग्राहक औँलामा गन्न मिल्ने हुन्छन् । धेरै त इज्जतको सवाल भन्दै जति लुटिए पनि प्रहरीसम्म आइपुग्दैनन् ।’</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> <b style="box-sizing: border-box;">‘ट्याक्सी चालक धेरै’</b><br /> सोह्रखुट्टे प्रहरीको अनुसन्धानले भन्छ– ठमेलका गाइडहरूले ग्राहकलाई दरबारमार्गका ट्याक्सी चालकसम्म पुर्‍याउँछन् । दरबारमार्ग वृतका प्रहरीको अनुभवमा पनि ट्याक्सी चालकहरू नै दलालीमा संलग्न छन् । ‘हामीले पछिल्लो छ महिनाको अवधिमा पक्राउ गरेका ५० दलालमध्ये ९० प्रतिशत ट्याक्सी चालक नै छन्,’ सोह्रखुट्टे वृत्तका डीएसपी सोमेन्द्रसिंह राठौरले भने, ‘ट्याक्सी चालकहरूको गिरोह नै छ । ग्राहकका जस्तासुकै माग पूरा गरिदिन्छु भन्छन् ।’</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> प्रहरीका अनुसार केही ट्याक्सी चालकको पहुँच मोडलहरूसम्म पनि छ । त्यसलाई उनीहरू भजाउँछन् । फोटो देखाउँछन् । मनलाग्दी पैसा उठाएर अर्को ठग गिरोहसम्म पुर्‍याइदिन्छन् ।</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> पछिल्लो पटक दलाली गरेर ठगेको केसमा दुई जना ट्याक्सी चालकलाई सार्वजनिक अपराध मुद्दा चलाएको दरबारमार्ग वृत्तका डीएसपी कृष्णबहादुर पल्लिमगरले बताए । ‘त्यस्तो दलाली गर्नेमा ट्याक्सी चालक धेरै रहेको सूचना छ,’ उनले भने, ‘तर, ठगिएको भनेर कसैले खबर गर्दैनन् ।’ उनका अनुसार तेस्रोलिंगीबाट ठगिएको उजुरी भने परिरहन्छन् । ‘दरबारमार्ग क्षेत्रमा हाई–प्रोफाइल मान्छेको ज्यादा चहलपहल हुने भएकाले दलालहरू पनि चानचुने पहुँचका हुँदैनन्,’ पल्लिमगरले भने ।</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> <b style="box-sizing: border-box;">‘दलालको अपरिहार्य आवश्यकता’</b><br /> प्रहरीको आरोप छ– ‘व्यवसायीहरूले नै दलाल संरक्षण गरिरहेका छन् । ग्राहकलाई गाइड गरेर आफूसम्म ल्याइपु¥याउन दलाल नै गुहार्छन् ।’ प्रहरीका अनुसार होटल, रेस्टुरेन्ट, दोहोरी, क्याबिन, बार, डान्स, क्लबका सञ्चालकहरू निश्चित कमिसन दिएर दलाल खटाउँछन् । दुईतीन ‘स्टेप’ दलाल पार गर्दा ग्राहकले कैयौँ रकम गुमाइसक्छ । यौनकार्यकै लागि मात्र नभएर रेस्टुरेन्टमा खानपानका लागि पनि ग्राहक जुटाउन दलालकै भरपर्ने व्यवसायी पनि रहेको प्रहरी बताउँछ ।</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> यता, व्यवसायीहरू भने प्रहरीले दलाल नियन्त्रण गर्न नसक्दा पर्यटन व्यवसाय नै लज्जित हुन पुगेको बताउँछन् । ‘ग्राहकलाई सजिलो पार्न खोज्ने दलाल मात्र छैनन् यहाँ,’ लज सञ्चालक हेमराज शर्मा भन्छन्, ‘यौनकार्यदेखि विभिन्न गलत कामका नाममा ग्राहकलाई लुटपाट गर्ने दलाललाई सबै मिलेर लखेट्न सक्नुपथ्र्यो । प्रहरीले पनि यस्तालाई तह लाउने गरी कारबाही गर्न खोज्दैन ।’</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> <b style="box-sizing: border-box;">दलालको गिरोह</b><br /> दलालहरू गिरोह नै परिचालन गरेर ग्राहक ठग्न सक्रिय रहेको प्रहरी अनुसन्धानमा खुलेको छ । ग्राहक खोज्ने एउटा तहको दलाल हुन्छ । उसले ग्राहकलाई सोचेजसरी यौनप्यास मेटाउने ठाउँसम्म पुर्‍याउनेलगायत आश्वासन दिन्छ । उसले ट्याक्सी चालक वा अर्को कोही उपल्लो दलालसम्म पु¥याउँछ । त्यहाँबाट यौनकर्मीसम्म सम्पर्क हुन्छ । निश्चित ठाउँमा पुर्‍याएर केटीहरूले नै ग्राहकबाट मोटो रकम असुलेर भाग्ने पनि गरेका घटना छन् ।</div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #555555; font-family: 'Ek Mukta', serif; font-size: 18px; line-height: 29.7px; margin-bottom: 10px;"> यस्तै गिरोहबाट बिल्लीबाठ भएका पीडित हुन्, काभ्रेका रेशम पौडेल । पाँच वर्षपछि कुवेतबाट स्वदेश फर्केका उनी ठमेलमा रमाइलो गर्न पुगे । डान्सबारमा चिनजान भएका एक जनाले रेशमको प्यास मेटाइदिने वचन दियो । ‘उसले दुइटा फिल्म खेलिसकेकी मोडल मिलाइदिन्छु भन्दै अर्को एक जना दलालसँग परिचय गरायो,’ रेशमले भने, ‘उसले केटी भएको ठाउँमा पुर्‍यायो ।’ दुईजना केटी र दलालसहित रेशम नशाको तालमा होटल छिरे । बेहोस हुने औषधी खुवाएर उनलाई लठ्याइयो । विदेशबाट मजदुरी गरेर ल्याएको दुई लाख रुपैयाँ, सुनको सिक्री, लगेज सबै लुटेर यो समूह फरार भयो । भोलिपल्ट रुँदै प्रहरीमा हारगुहार गर्न पुगेका थिए, रेशम ।</div> <div style="background-color: white; शिशु जन्मिएपछि कति दिनसम्म यौनसम्पर्क गर्नु हुँदैन ? शिशुको जन्मपछि यौनसम्पर्क गर्दा वीर्य -शुक्रकीट योनिमा झर्दा गर्भ रहन्छ कि रहँदैन ? तपाईंले भन्नुभएजस्तै धेरै दम्पतीको मनमा प्रश्न हुन्छ- शिशु जन्मिएपछि कहिलेदेखि यौनसम्पर्क पुनः सुरु गर्नहुन्छ ? सबैका लागि यति नै समय भनेर तोक्नु मनासिब नहोला। सजिलो रूपमा भन्नुपर्दा दुवैले उपयुक्त मानेपछि।<br /> कतिपयले ६ हप्तालाई यौनसम्पर्क सुरु गर्न सकिने समय मानेका छन्। कतिपयले ६ हप्तासम्म पर्खनु नपर्ने कुरा गरेका छन् भने कतिले अझै बढी समय पर्खनु उचित हुन्छ भन्छन्। विभिन्न तर्क भए पनि सर्वप्रथम सुत्केरी अवस्थामा रहेकी आमा शारीरिक तथा मानसिक दुवै रूपमा तयार हुनु महत्त्वपूर्ण कुरा हो। शारीरिक तथा मानसिक रूपमा तयार हुनुभन्दा पहिले नै पतिले यौनसम्पर्क राख्ने इच्छा देखाए वा दबाब दिए के गर्ने भन्ने भय कतिपय नेपाली महिलामा हुनसक्छ र यो निकै असजिलो परिस्थिति हो।<br /> त्यसैले पति-पत्नीले आफ्ना मनमा भएका दुःख तथा अप्ठयाराहरूलाई खुलस्त रूपमा एक-अर्कासामु व्यक्त गर्नुपर्छ र कुराकानी गरेर समाधान खोज्नुपर्छ। यौन क्रियाकलापमा संलग्न हुन दुवै जना तयार भएको स्थितिमा त्यसका लागि दुवैले केही समय निकाल्नुपर्छ।<br /> कुराकानी, स्पर्श, अंकमालजस्ता कतिपय कुरा आत्मीयता अनि यौन क्रियाकलाप अघि बढाउन सहयोगी हुन्छन्। तुरुन्तै पूर्ण यौनसम्पर्कमा संलग्न भैहाल्नुपर्छ भन्ने केही छैन।<br /> <h4> <b>के-कस्ता कुराले यौन क्रियाकलाप सहज बनाउन सहयोग गर्ला ?</b></h4> सुरुका केही दिनमा हुने प्रसवपछिको श्राव हुन बन्द भएपछि कतिपय महिलाले योनिमा सुख्खापन महसुस गर्न सक्छन्। योनि सुख्खा भएको अनुभव छ भने, प्-थ् वभििथ वा अन्य कुनै चिप्लो पदार्थले यौनाङ्गको स्पर्श वा लिङ्ग प्रवेशलाई सजिलो बनाउन सक्छ। केगेल कसरत लाभदायक हुन्छ।<br /> यसले योनि तथा भग क्षेत्रको मांशपेशीलाई बलियो बनाउन सहयोग गर्छ। यौन उत्तेजना भएको स्थितिमा गर्भावस्थाभन्दा पहिलेको जस्तो पूर्ण र शारीरिक रूपमा सक्रिय किसिमको यौन सम्पर्कमा संलग्न हुनुपर्ने भन्ने छैन। कोमल तरिकाले बिस्तारै अघि बढ्नु श्रेयस्कर हुन्छ ।<br /> स्पर्श, अंकमाल अति विस्तारै यौनाङ्गको स्पर्श, सहजता हेरी अघि बढ्ने सजिलो आसनको प्रयोग गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। असजिलो भएमा बन्द गर्ने, राति नै वा बेस्सरी थाकेको बेला यौनसम्पर्क गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने छैन ।<br /> थकान पक्कै यौन क्रियाकलापमा संलग्न हुन वाधक हुनसक्छ। राम्रो कुरा के भने नवजात शिशु प्रशस्तै सुत्छ । थाक्नुभन्दा पहिले नै शिशु सुतेको बेला समय निकाल्नु सहयोगी हुन्छ।<br /> नवजात शिशु सुत्नासाथ आफूले पनि केही आराम गर्ने गर्दा थकान हटाउन मद्दत पुग्छ। हल्का र थोरै तर पटक-पटक खानु वा पिउनु पनि सहयोगी हुन्छ ।<br /> शिशु हेरिदिने कोही भए त्यसको उपयोग आरामका लागि गर्दा पनि सहयोग नै पुग्छ। यस्तो अवस्थामा पोषणमा विशेष ध्यान पुर्‍याउनुपर्छ ।<br /> <h4> <b>के गर्भ रहला ?</b></h4> शिशुलाई स्तनपान नगराउने धेरैजसो महिला शिशु जन्मिएको यस्तै ४ देखि ६ हप्तामा महिनावारी र्फकन सक्छन्, तर यस्तै एकतिहाइ जति शिशुको जन्मपछिको महिनावारीमा डिम्ब निष्कासन नभएको हुन सक्छ ।<br /> त्यसपछिका महिनावारीमा ढिम्ब निष्कासन हुने क्रम पनि बढी हुन्छ र शूक्रकीटसहितको वीर्य योनिमा पर्दा गर्भ रहने सम्भावना बढ्छ। शिशुलाई पूर्ण स्तनपान गराइएको स्थितिमा महिनावारी हुन नथालेसम्म ६ महिनासम्मको लागि स्तनपान विधि नै प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ ।<br /> तर अर्को पक्ष के पनि हो भने यी कुरामा केही अनिश्चितता हुन्छ। मुख्य कुरा के भने, गर्भको भयका कारण यौनसम्पर्क राख्न हिचकिचाउनुपर्ने जमाना अहिले छैन ।<br /> गर्भावस्थादेखि नै आफ्नो परिवारको योजना गर्न सकिए सजिलै उपलब्ध गर्भनिरोधको साधन शिशुको जन्मपछि सक्दो चाँडो प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ ।<br /> स्तनपान गराइरहेको स्थितिमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको सल्लाहमा प्रोजेस्टेरोन मात्र भएका चक्की वा सुई -डिपो) प्रयोग गर्न सकिन्छ। कन्डमको प्रयोग त जुनसुकै बेला पनि गर्न सकिने भयो ।

The government has made preparation to mark the 107th International Women’s Day in an effective manner on March 8.<br /> The President’s Women Uplift Programme would be initiated from Kapilvastu on March 7. सम्झना शाक्य (मां प्रेम प्रार्थना) प्रेम र यौनलाई नेपाली समाजमा बर्जित बिषयको रुपमा लिईन्छ । तर माया त माया हो । समाजले, धर्मले जति बर्जित गरे पनि आखिर मानिसहरु मायाको लागि भौतारिएकै छन् । लूकेर चोरेर भए पनि माया पिरती लगाएकै छन् । त्यसैले यो रोकेर रोकिने कुरा होइन बरु खुलस्त छलफल गरेर कसरी प्रेममय जीवन जिउने भनेर सिक्ने कला हो । प्रेम र यौनलाई जति दबायो यसले कुण्ठाको रुप लिन्छ र अनेक विकृति रुप बाहिर आउँछ जस्तो कि बलात्कार, हिंसा । त्यसैले आजको समाजले प्रेम र यौनको अपरिहार्यतालाई सहर्ष रुपमा स्वीकार गर्नुपर्छ । <br /> <div style="text-align: justify;"> प्रेमका सन्दर्भमा मेरा गुरु ओशो भन्नुहुन्छ, ‘सबैले प्रेम पाएको भए कोही पनि मानिस लडाईमा जाँंदैन थिए, बिश्वमा लडाई नै हुँदैन थियो । उहाँंको भनाई कसैलाई ठीक लाग्ला, कसैलाई बेठीक । तर प्रेम सम्बन्धी हाम्रा आफ्नै  सुखद अनूभूतिहरुलाई सम्झिने हो भने मेरो अनुभवमा उहाँंको भनाइ सही हो जस्तो लाग्छ । हामी जब प्रेममा हुन्छाैं , सबै कुुरा राम्रो लाग्छ । रिस पनि कम उठ्छ, आत्माबिश्वास र सृजनशीलता बढेको हुन्छ । धन नभए पनि सन्त्तुष्ट नै हुन्छौं । वास्तबमा प्रेम साच्चै नै एउटा सुखद अनूभूति हो ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> यसै सन्दर्भमा प्रेमलाई उत्सवको रुपमा मनाउंदै फेब्रुअरी महिनामा हामीले प्रेम दिवस अर्थात भ्यालेन्टाईन डे पनि मनायौं । सुन्दै रोमाञ्चक लाग्ने यो दिन हरेक प्रेमिल जोडीले एक अर्काको लागि बिशेष समय , स्थान, भोजन र उपहारको साटासाट गरी पनाउने गरेका छन् ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> साना नानीहरु पनि स्कूलमा भ्यालेन्टाइनको उत्सव मनाउंँदै उपहारहरु आदान प्रदान गर्ने गरेको पाईन्छ । कतिपय छोराछोरीहरुले अाफ्ना  बृद्ध बाबा आमाहरुलाई समेत भ्यालेन्टाइन मनाइदिएका हुन्छन् । हुन त कतिपयले यसलाई पश्चिमा संस्कृतिको प्रभावले बिकृति भित्रियो भनेर चिन्ता ब्यक्त गरेको पनि पाईन्छ तर यो ‘ग्लोबलाईजेसन’को जमानामा कहाँं कसले कसलाई रोक्न सक्नु ? सबैकुरा संसार भरी आदान प्रदान हुन्छ । जे होस् मेरो बिचारमा, प्रेम दिवश मनाएको राम्रै हा े। सकेसम्म हरेक दिन उत्सबको रुपमा लिनुपर्ने हो प्रेमलाई, तर कम्तिमा पनि हामी बर्षको एक पटक जोश जांगरले प्रेम गर्छौं अाफ्ना प्रेमी /प्रेमिकालाई जुन राम्रो हो ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> यहांँहरुको जस्तै मेरो प्रेम दिवस पनि धेरै प्रेममय भयो तर अलि फरक किसिमले । यसपटक भ्यालेन्टाइनको सेरोफेरोका केही दिनहरु बोधिसत्व स्वामी आनन्द अरुणको सानिध्यमा हाम्रा गुरु ओशोको उपासना , ध्यान, भक्ति र उत्सवमा बिताउने मौका पाएँं । ओशोका प्रिय शिष्य स्वामी आनन्द अरुण जसलाई ओशो प्रेमीहरु पेमपूर्वक स्वामीजी पनि भन्छौं । वास्तबमा नेपालको आध्यात्मिक जगतमा ‘आनन्द अरुण’ सूपरिचित नाम हो । उहाँंको परिवेक्षणमा ओशो तपोवन भनेर काठमाडौं नजिकै नागार्जुनमा एउटा ध्यानकेन्द्र पनि स्थापित छ । ओशोले नै उहाँंलाई बोधिसत्व भनि उपमा दिनुभयो । बोधिसत्व भनेको जगतको उद्धार गर्न जन्मेको मानिस भन्ने बुझिन्छ । उहाँंको अाफ्नै अध्यात्मिक पृष्ठभूमिको कुरा गर्ने हो भने, उहाँं सन्तहरुको खोजी, दर्शन, सत्संग र चर्चा गर्न रुचाउनु हुन्छ । जुनकुरा उहाँंको ‘सन्तगाथा’ र ‘लोन सिकर मेनी मास्टर’ भन्ने पुस्तकहरुमा पढ्न पाइन्छ । जसमा नेपाल र भारतमा जन्मिनु भएका बिभिन्न शिद्ध पूरुषहरुको छोटो मीठो प्रेरणादायी ब्याख्या समाबेश गरिएको छ ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> नेपाल र भारत बाहेक अमेरीका, अस्ट्रेलिया, रसिया जस्ता पश्चिमी मुलुकहरुमा समेत ओशो प्रेमीहरु माझ उहांँ प्रख्यात र प्रिय हुनुहुन्छ । उहाँं संसार भरी छरिएर रहनु भएका आशो प्रेमीहरुलाई ध्यान सिकाउन, दिक्षा दिन , ओशोको सन्देश बाँढ्न देश बिदेश यात्रा गरिरहनु हुन्छ । यसै क्रममा हालै फेबवरी १० देखि १३ सम्म उहाँं ध्यान शिविरको लागि अमेरीकाको टेक्सास आउनु भएको थियो । जहाँं मैले केही दिन उहांँको सानिध्यमा बिताउने मौका पाएंँ ।</div> <div class="wp-caption alignleft" id="attachment_59150" style="width: 503px;"> <img class="wp-image-59150 disappear appear lazyloaded" data-lazy-sizes="(max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px" data-lazy-src="http://nepalaaja.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17028930_10210257174923526_1884270405_n.jpg" data-lazy-srcset="http://nepalaaja.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17028930_10210257174923526_1884270405_n.jpg 960w, http://nepalaaja.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17028930_10210257174923526_1884270405_n-150x150.jpg 150w, http://nepalaaja.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17028930_10210257174923526_1884270405_n-300x300.jpg 300w" height="493" src="http://nepalaaja.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/17028930_10210257174923526_1884270405_n.jpg" width="493" /><br /> <div class="wp-caption-text"> गुरू अानन्द अरूणसँग लेखिका शाक्य</div> </div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> आजभोलिको हतार जिन्दगीमा अध्यात्मले दैनिक जीवनमा स्थान पाउन गाह्रोे छ । तर वास्तबमा अध्यात्मको आबश्यकता यतिखेर नै बढि छ । त्यसैले हरेक दिन एक घण्टा अध्यात्मिक साधनामा बिताउनुपर्छ भन्ने कूरामा स्वामीजीले निकै नै जोड दिनु भएको थियो । स्वामीजी आउनु भएको खबर पाए पछि लगभग ८ घण्टा जति बस चढेर म उहाँंको सानिध्यमा पुँजे र शुरु भयो मेरो प्रेममय तीर्थयात्रा । उहाँंलाई देख्ने बितिकै धरधर आंखाबाट अहोभावका आँंशु झरे, एउटा हराएको बेसाहार बालकले अाफ्नाे पिताजीलाई भेटेजस्तै । सद्गुरु ओशोका प्रिय शिष्य उनी, हामीलाई पनि अाफ्नाे गुरुजस्तै लाग्छ । किनकी , उहाँं नभएको भए ओशोको ज्ञान र प्रेमको खजाना हामीलाई कस्ले पस्केर दिन्थ्योे होला ? उहाँंलाई भेटेको एक दुई दिन त अहोभावले रोएरै बिते ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> त्यसपछि फुर्केको फुर्क्यै । अनि नाचेको नाचेकै, हाँंसेको हाँसेकै । आखिर तेही रहेछ, ध्यान एउटा जिउने कला, भक्तिमा बग्यो, मौनतामा मिल्यो, अहंकार पोखियो, कृतज्ञता बटुल्यो । आफूजस्तै प्यारा सन्यासी साथीहरुको मादक मरुन रंगमा एकैनाश भएर बिलाईयो । गुरुको निरंतर प्रेम बर्षामा निथु्रक्क भिजियो । सपना हो कि, कल्पना हो कि, सांँच्चै पो हो कि , केहि समय अस्तित्वसंँग एकाकार भए जस्तो । अन्तमा, साथीहरुले ल ल फोटो खिचौं, फेरि भेटौलौ हैं भनेपछ पो झल्यांस भयो । अहो चार दिन त कति छिटो बितेछ है ? फर्किने बेला पो भएछ मनै नलागे पनि । उहाँंको सानिध्यमा बिताएका मीठा पलहरुलाई मनभित्र प्रसादको रुपमा पोको पारेर फेरि बसमा हुँइकिँदै आफ्नै ठाउँ फर्किएँ ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> सत्संगको क्रममा मैलै उहाँंसँंग केही प्रश्नहरु गर्ने मौका पाएंँ । ती मध्ये मेरो एक प्रश्न थियो, स्वामीजी प्रेम दिवस नजिँकिंदै छ , यस उपलक्ष्यमा सम्पूर्ण प्रेमी–प्रेमिकाहरुलाई यहाँंको सन्देश के छ ? उहाँंले यसको मिठो जवाफ दिनूभयो । त्यही वार्तालापको आधारमा प्रेम सम्बन्धी केही मीठो गन्थनमन्थ संरचात्मक ढंगबाट यहाँंहरु समक्ष पस्केको छु ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>प्रेमको उर्जाः</b> स्वामीजीले मानवजीवनमा प्रेमलाई एइउटा उर्जाको रुपमा ब्याख्या गर्नु भयो । उहाँंले एक जना चिकित्सकको नाम पनि उल्लेख गर्नुभयो ,डा. डिन ओर्डिन । डा. ओर्डिन एक चिकित्सक तथा सन्त सच्च्चितानन्दको शिष्य हुनुहुन्छ । उनले लभ एण्ड सर्भाइभल भन्ने एउटा पुस्तक लेख्नुभएको छ । उक्त पुस्तकमा उनले प्रेममय सम्बन्धले बिरामीहरु पनि छिटो निको हुने पाईयो । त्यसतै उहांले हनिमुन इफेक्ट भन्ने एउटा पुस्तकको पनि उल्लेख गर्नुभयो जसमा उनले हनिमुनको समयमा मानिसहरु कम बिरामी हुने कुरा उल्लेख गरिएको छ । स्वामी जी बडो जोड दिएर भन्नुहुन्छ, प्रेम आत्माको भोजन हो । यसले हाम्रो सूक्ष्म शरिरलाई (प्राणिक बडि) उर्जा दिन्छ । प्रेमको अवस्थामा मानिसको कार्यक्षमता पनि उच्च रहने हुन्छ ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>प्रेम र स्वतन्त्रताः</b> ओशोका सन्यासीहरु पे्रेमका सम्बन्धमा निकै नै उदार हुन्छन् । प्रेम गर्ने हक र स्वतन्त्रता सबैको हुन्छ । बास्तबमा सांँचो प्रेमले नै अध्यात्ममा दोहोर्याउँछ । प्रेमले अध्यात्मिक यात्रालाई कुनै पनि हानी गर्दैन बरु सहायता गर्दछ । तर प्रेमलाई बूझ्नु पर्दछ । तर जसलाई हामी प्रेम भनिरहेका छाैं,  के त्यो प्रेम हो त ? कतै हामी प्रेमका नाममा पकड त गरिरहेका छैैनौं ? हामीले कति सुनेका छौं ? प्रेम बियोगमा मानिसले आत्महत्या गर्यो रे , फलानालाई उनको प्रेमीले तेजाब हालेर मारिदियो रे , फलाना प्रेमीले फलानालाई फिल्मी शैलीमा प्रेमिकाको हत्या गरिदियो रे ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> के यो प्रेम हो त ? प्रेमको नाममा हिंशा भएको हैन त ? कतिपय अवस्थामा त संचारमाध्यममा पनि यस्ता बिषयको गम्भीरता नबुझी खबर सम्पे्रषण हुन्छ । यस्ता घटनाहरुको गम्भीरतालाई सामान्य बनाउन खोजिएको हुनछ । जस्तो कि फिल्मी शैलीमा भनेपछि मानिसहरुलाई यो घटना रमाइलो लाग्न सक्छ । त्यसैले प्रेम स्वतन्त्रता हो । पहिलो कुरा, प्रेम गर्ने सबै प्राणि स्वतन्त्र छ । यो स्वतः स्फूर्त हुने घटना हो । दोस्रो कुरा, मानिस प्रेममा स्वतन्त्र हुनुपर्छ । प्रेमको नाममा एकले अर्कालाई बाँध्ने काम गर्नुुहुँदैन । यदि तपाई अाफ्नाे प्रेमीलाई ढँट्नुहुन्छ भने तपाईं प्रेमीसँग डराउनु हुन्छ, तपाईको प्रेमीलाई मन पर्दैन भने कुनै पनि चाहना दबाइ राख्नु भएको छ भने त्यो शुद्ध प्रेम हुन सक्दैन ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> <b>प्रेम र यौनः </b> यौन शरिरको आबश्यकता मात्र नभएर एउटा प्रेमको कला हो र यो सबैले सिक्नुपर्छ । जब मानिस १४/ १५ बर्षको हुन्छ, उसलाई यौनको आबश्यकता महशुस हुन्छ । किशोरावस्थामा हर्मोनले पनि यौन प्रति धेर्र आकर्षित गराईदिन्छ । यस प्रसंगमा स्वामी जीले हर्मोनले हाइज्याक गर्दा हामी मूर्खकाम पनि गर्छौैैं भनेर खुब हसाउनु भयो । हुन पनि हो बैंशले  कुतकुत्याएपछि हामी गलत काम पनि गर्छौं । नेपालका सन्दर्भमा यस सम्बन्धी छलफल गर्ने स्थान तथा परिस्थिति छैन । परिवार तथा समाजमा यो सधैं बर्जित बिषय भएको हुनाले मातापिताले भन्न पनि नमिलेको र छोराछोरीले सोध्न नमिलको विषय नै हो । यस बिषयमा नानीहरुले कहाँंबाट जानकारी पाउने त यो पनि अप्ठ्यारो विषय नै छ । फेरि प्रेम र यौन सम्बन्धी पढाउने कुनै  विश्व बिद्यालय पनि त छैन ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> सहि श्रोतबाट सिक्न नपाउंँदा मानिसहरुले गलत ठाउँबाट सिक्छ, जस्तो पोर्नोग्राफी । आजकल हातहातमा मोबाईल अनि निशुल्क हेर्न पाईने पोर्नोग्राफी हुन्छ । जसले गर्दा किशोर किशोरीहरुको मानसिकतामा प्रेम र यौन सम्बन्धी गलत छाप परेको हुन्छ । बिना जानकारी उत्सुकताको कारणले यौनसम्बन्ध राख्दा मान्छे अप्ठ्यारो झमेलामा फकस्ने, निको नै नहुने खालको रोगहरु लाग्ने हुन सक्छ । वास्तबमा यौन जीवनको सबैभन्दा सुखद अनूभूति हो । यसैले किशोरकिशोरीहरुलाई यौन शिक्षा दिनु एकदमै जरुरी छ</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> हाम्रो परम्परागत मान्यता बिबाह अगाडि यौनसम्पर्क गर्नु हुदैन भन्ने छ । तर व्यवहारमा यो लागू हुन सक्दैन भन्ने विभिन्न अध्ययनहरुले देखाइसकेको छ । नेपालकै कूरा गर्दा सन २०१२ मा प्लस टु अध्ययनरत बिद्यार्थीहरुसँंग गरिएको एक सर्वेक्षण अनूसार करिब पाँंच बिद्यार्थीहरु मध्ये एक जनाले यौनजीवनमा सकृय रहेको जानकारी दिए भने, ती यौनजीवनमा सक्रियहरु मध्ये मध्ये करिब आधाजतिले असुरक्षित यौन सम्पर्क गरेको बताए (श्रोतःखनाल पी.) ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> त्यसकारण किशोरकिशोरीहरुलाई सुरक्षित यौनबारे सिकाउनु एकदमै जरुरी छ । यौनको ईच्छा अति हुनु पनि राम्रो होइन र नहुनु पनि पनि राम्रो होइन । आजभोलि कतिपय मानिसहरुमा यौन प्रतिको चाख नै कम भएको र उत्साहको लागि भायग्रा जस्ता औषधीहरु प्रयोग गरेको पनि सुनिन्छ । जे होस् यौन प्राकृतिक हुनुपर्छ । प्रेममा आधारित हुनुपर्छ । वास्तवमै यौन एउटा सुदद अनुभूति हो । तर मानिसलाई यो थाहा नै छैन कि सम्भोगलाई कसरी सुखद बनाउने ? सायद ओशो मात्रै एक गुरु हुनुहुन्छ होला जस्ले यौन र प्रेमको बिषयमा प्रष्ट बोल्नुभयो । त्यसैले उहांँलाई धार्मिकरुपमा यौनगुरु भनि बिबादित पनि गरियो, तर धार्मिक गुरुहरु ब्रम्हचारी हुनुपर्छ भन्ने मान्यतामा केही दोष छ भन्ने कुरा त कतिपय धार्मिक गुरुहरुको गलत यौनका काण्डहरु हामीलाई थाहा भइसकेको छ । प्रेम र यौनका बिषयमा थप जानकारीका लागि ओशोको प्रबचनहरु सुन्न सकिन्छ ।</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> अन्तमा, शुद्धतम् प्रेमको मूलभूत आधार भनेको स्वतन्त्रता हो । प्रेमले दूई ब्यक्तिलाई एक बनाउछ । तर जसको प्रभाब बढि छ उसले सोचेको जस्तो होइन, बरु, दुवैको नैसर्गिक गुणहरु एक अर्काको छत्रछायाँमा घनिभूत भएर एउटा नयाँ मासिनको जन्म हुनु नै शुद्धतम प्रेम हो । शुद्ध प्रेममा परेको मानिस ध्यानी, ज्ञानी हुन्छ र कसैको अहित चिताउँदैन । यस्तो प्रेम पूर्णरुपमा त गुरु सँगमात्रै सम्भव छ । यद्यपि सच्चा प्रेमीहरुमा अध्यात्मको ज्योति बल्ने संभावना प्रबल रहनछ । आजको समयमा सबै प्रेमीहरुको ध्यान, योगा र प्रार्थनालाई प्रेम साट्ने नयाँ तरिकाको रुपमा सिक्न र प्रयोगमा ल्याउन जरुरी छ ।</div>

Bishwendra Paswan who has been on a fast- onto-death since the past eight days with a charter of various demands is deteriorating.<br /> Doctors attending on him have suggested putting him under Intensive Care Unit (ICU) treatment. He has been diagnosed with various health problems including of urinary system, kidney, sugar level and pressure, according to Dalit Rights Struggle Committee Chair and former lawmaker Binod Pahadi.<br /> Leader Paswan has been on a hunger strike in front of the CA building, New Baneshwor, demanding the guarantee of 14 per cent representation of dalits in every state apparatus, 15 per cent representation of the backward community, 10 per cent of Muslims and 37 per cent of the indigenous nationalities in the constitution. Stern action against those convicted guilty in the cases of corruption and rape are the agendas of his agitation.<br /> Earlier, Prime Minister Sushil Koirala sent a formal letter to Paswan, urging him to break the fast.
